Saving energy in the workplace: evidence from Cambodia

Individuals need to adopt energy-saving behaviours reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. This study examines how behaviour is determined at workplaces. A quantitative method was applied in this study. research instrument constructed investigate (391 participants) the determinants of Cambodian public intentions under extended theory planned (TPB). Personal moral norms are considered model when engaging such pro-environmental activities. The data analysed using PLS-SEM. results show that attitudes, subjective norms, perceived control, personal significantly impact workplace intentions. Also, indicated adding TPB increases its explanatory power. Additionally, findings contribute field environmental psychology an emerging region.
